* Any violation of the house rules, including exceeding the maximum occupancy , will incur a fine of $2000.Consequences may also include a warning, suspension of guests, or eviction.

* All RV room booking made between now to February. 28 will receive a 15% discount of the base fee.

* We kindly ask guests to be mindful and responsible when using the hot tub to avoid any risk of flooding or leakage during their stay.
