THE HOME
Beautifully renovated ski-in/ski-out mountain home in the heart of Schweitzer Resort, offering spectacular views of the slopes and village. designed for families and groups, the home comfortably accommodates 14 guests with spacious gathering areas, private retreats, and thoughtful amenities throughout.
Ski in & out just steps from your front door and return to the heated oversized garage to store and dry your gear before unwinding in the private covered hot tub.
The house comfortably sleeps 14 in full size adult beds:

✓ 7 Queen beds
✓ 4 Twin XL beds (single adult length).
The home features five well-appointed bedrooms—including two primary suites with en-suite bathrooms—plus a separate bunk room that provides additional sleeping space for families and larger groups. Five full bathrooms ensure everyone has room to spread out.
BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
ENTRY FLOOR - the separate bunkroom features two queen over queen log bunk beds and comfortably sleeps 4 adults with a dedicated full bathroom with two sinks, a full tub/shower and toilet. This bunkroom is adjacent to the lower level living room with large flat screen TV, its a favorite retreat for kids and teens!
MAIN FLOOR - two bedrooms
Primary suite (Main Floor) features a King bed facing Schweitzer mountain and a private en-suite bathroom with double sinks, an oversized jetted tub and a separate water closet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, full size closet and is adjacent to a full bathroom with tub/shower, sink and toilet.
SECOND FLOOR - three bedrooms
Primary suite (second floor) features a King size bed overlooking Schweitzer mountain, a private en-suite full bath with double sinks, spacious walk-in shower and toilet, plus a separate sitting area with a desk, couch, flat screen TV and fireplace. It is an ideal retreat for reading, working remotely, watching TV or simply relaxing away from the main living areas.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are identical and each feature a queen bed with a twin XL bed lofted overhead and an additional twin XL bed. These bedrooms each sleep up to four in full size adult beds. These two bedrooms share a nearby full size bath with a tub/shower combination.
GREAT ROOM - KITCHEN - DINING AREA ON MAIN FLOOR
The open-concept great room brings everyone together with a spacious kitchen, large dining area, a 65" TV, and a cozy fireplace—perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain or enjoying a leisurely meal before the day's adventures begin.
SECOND LIVING ROOM ON ENTRY FLOOR
A completely separate lower level living room features an overstuffed couch and 65" TV creating a perfect movie room or hangout space for kids and teens.
PRIVATE COVERED HOT TUB
Whether you've spent the day skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or exploring the lake, there's no better way to unwind than soaking in the private covered hot tub. Protected from the elements, it's the perfect place to relax in every season.
HEATED OVERSIZED GARAGE
Leave the car parked and let your vacation begin. Our radiant-heated oversized garage offers generous storage for skis, snowboards, boots, and outdoor gear, along with a Tesla Universal EV Charger compatible with most electric vehicles.
The heated garage (and radiant-heated home) helps boots, gloves, and gear dry overnight so you're ready for another day on the mountain.

Dining Favorites:
Powderhound pizza is definitely a favorite for pizza, open Fri-Sun! The Chimney Rock restaurant in Schweitzer Village is a fantastic spot for lunch or dinner. The Humbird hotel's restaurant, The Crow’s Bench, is also a cool spot for drinks and food. Pucci's Pub is great for cold drinks and pub grub, kids are welcome! Take the lift up to The Skyhouse for mountain top dining and spectacular views! All are a very easy walk from the house. During the winter, Sam's Alley is solid for pizza and sandwiches, and Taps bar is always a good time for Après and live music (21+).
Favorite Shop:
Gourmandie offers high-end provisions, beer, wine and culinary treats from around the world. The shop now offers unique local artisan jewelry, gifts and home/condo decor.
Best Tip:
Selkirk Powder Company offer Cat Skiing and Heli Skiing Trips as well as snowmobiling and tours. Also a great option for family members that might not otherwise be able to get onto the mountain.
