Imagine..... drinking your morning coffee at the kitchen bar staring at the beautiful lake or a glass of wine after an eventful day with beautiful lake views. Or, take a peaceful dip in the pool minutes from your front door and get ready to walk into town for a stunning lakeside dinner. We are here to spoil you.
Sandpoint, Idaho is situated on Lake Pend Oreille. Bike trails and footpaths skirt the lake and five star restaurants and shopping await your arrival. Have you ever wanted to bike or walk into town and never once get in your car! Now is the time! Put your car keys down and get out and enjoy this small town with cultural events and outdoor recreation that is transporting Sandpoint into a top vacation destination.

This condo comes with a boat slip. Need to reconfirm it is available for time frame you book it.

Upon entry, you will find a fully equipped kitchen which includes new high end appliances(Jenn air, double drawer dishwasher, Sub zero refrigerator.)if you love a high definition tv, we have it for you, along with wifi and HD also have HD tv in the bedroom. If you love music, you will love our Sonos surround sound. The kitchen bar includes seating for 5 for mealtime.

We are a residential waterfront resort community on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, just minutes from downtown Sandpoint and a short drive to Schweitzer Ski Resort. You are truly in a resort as you can visit two of the pools available, tennis courts and pickle ball, (pickle ball racquets are provided) basketball court and sand volleyball court. A washer, dryer and dishwasher give you all the conveniences of home. Additional amenities include 2 high def tvs, a heated bidet toilet and beautiful glass shower with two shower heads.

Our location is minutes away from the city beach. Chairs and beach towels are provided for you. You will find many unique restaurants with beautiful water views and there is always a cultural event happening locally. During the summer months beginning in May, enjoy the Sandpoint's farmer's market at Farmin Park next to the Jeff Jones Town Square. Live music, local produce and crafts make this a fun experience not to miss. Summer cultural events include the Lost in the 50's car show (3rd weekend of May), a hometown 4th of July celebration including parades and a variety show at the city beach. You will also want to check out the Long Bridge Swim, the first weekend of August and the Festival of Sandpoint that takes place on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in August (close enough to arrive on bike). You can enjoy and explore the many bike trails including the one across the main entrance that will transport you across the long bridge and city beach to explore. If bicycling is not for you, a local bus in Sandpoint is provided. A stop only about a block away from our condo and the SPOT (Selkirks-Pend Oreille Transit) bus to the Schweitzer base for a ride to the village, stores in Ponderay and any other area in Sandpoint.

Our most popular amenity and feature are the dual kayaks are conveniently stored on the kayak rack. Life vests and paddles are near the sliding door. Can you just imagine going for a morning kayak ride along the beautiful coastline while witness to our osprey and bald eagles diving for their morning breakfast?

Nearby attractions from Sandpoint include: City Beach, Schweitzer, Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach Water Park.

This beautiful condo will transport you to the astounding beauty and world class recreational opportunities that Sandpoint, Idaho has to offer within your reach. The condo is located in northwest, which has 4 beautiful seasons. Each season provides different views of the lake which in turn leads to unique activities; for example, kayaking and swimming in the summer, bike riding in the fall with beautiful, vibrant fall trails and skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. The lake does fluctuate in level, it goes down in the fall and comes back up in the spring.

Lakeside condo good for relaxing and outdoor activities.

Great location, and very kind of the owners to provide access to bikes and kayaks! Kitchen well stocked and clean. Noise from trains and highway not very noticeable unless sliding door open. We would stay here again!

Beautiful spot with all you need

The condo is very comfortable and had every thing we needed for our stay. The walk to town and the beach was very convenient. The grill area made for many great dinners. We loved sitting on the deck watching the osprey and eagles dive for their dinner on the water. We enjoyed riding the bikes on the trails and kayaking right from the landing. Thanks for sharing your place.

Great place, well-stocked, comfortable, nice small town

Overall our stay was great, good communication with owners and very well-stocked condo. The complex was close to the cute small town, very walkable. Only complaint was that although the condo was nicely updated, the stove looks original. It’s very old and the oven temperature was inaccurate, making cooking quite challenging. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Enjoyed Our Stay

This was a very well organized and maintained condo in a nice location with lots of nice amenities. Very well managed. We enjoyed ourselves. I would say my only disappointments were that it's a bit small of a unit and it's advertised as having "air conditioning" when in reality there's only a portable air conditioner in the living area which doesn't really condition the entire condo. Otherwise, lovely, well maintained and managed property. Thank you.

My 10 year old said "this is the nicest place we've ever stayed!" He was referring to the lovely big screens, fireplace, and google speaker. I liked the location and how it opened up onto a grassy river bank. If we had more time, we would have enjoyed the kayaking as well. The condo was tidy and well appointed. It was a little small, with only a kitchen bar to eat at unless we went outside. Luckily, there were only 3 of us, so it worked well. Thanks!

Nice apartment in walking distance to town

We enjoyed our stay at Chris' apartment. We particularly appreciated all the "extras", including bicycles, kayaks and beach chairs. The apartment is well appointed and has everything needed for a nice stay. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda. The unit is close to the highway and train tracks. While the noise is certainly audible, it did not bother us. It was lovely looking over the grass in front of the unit and the water. Chris was easy to work with and responded in a very timely matter.

Sandpoint Condo

We were surprised at the amount of personal items left in the unit. Way too much stuff everywhere, plus there were opened food items left. Two lights were burned out. Flowerbeds very overgrown and unkempt. We would not rent this unit again.

Spectacular!!

This condo is spectacular! It totally exceeded my expectations. The owners are so kind and generous. They stocked the apartment with clean linens, towels, shampoo, lotion, cleaning supplies, and all the toiletries that one could need on a trip, plus, the kitchen has every essential you will need to cook up a gourmet feast! Just bring your groceries and prepare for a wonderful cooking and dining experience in this well-kept home away from home. This condo is centrally located near tons of shops and entertainment. Really, what more could you possibly ask for? If you want to really enjoy yourself in Sandpoint, this is the place to go! The owners are the sweetest and kindest people and answer any inquiries within minutes. I have traveled all over and this is one of the most enjoyable, comfortable, clean, bright and happy places I have ever stayed in! And I haven't even mentioned the amazing pool… Anyway, I would undoubtedly stay here again and am so appreciative to the owners for their kind hospitality and generosity. It's "Spectacular! Spectacular!"

Base for Exploring

We were happy with our choice of location in Sandpoint as a base for exploring the area including Coeur d’Alene. We were there during a heat wave so appreciated the air conditioner! The unit was perfect for the two of us; kitchen to cook in, comfortable bedroom, nicely appointed decor. We truly appreciated the use of the cruisers and kayaks which were used several times. We explored close by shopping, restaurants, winery, etc. Ending the evening on the patio overlooking the lake made for a peaceful vacation.
