Villa Portissol

Near the famous white sand beach of Portissol, this charming 1950s villa sleeps 12 to 14 people. It features air conditioning, sea views, and a lovely small heated pool, all nestled in the heart of a magnificent, lush garden (winner of the 2011 flower garden competition). Parking is available for one car. The villa enjoys a very quiet location, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the port. The heated pool (available upon request for a flat fee of €80 per week outside of peak season) is harmoniously integrated into a beautiful organic garden planted with numerous citrus varieties and Mediterranean plants. The villa and its garden face southeast. Shops (bakery, mini-market) and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. The 77 m² first floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the air-conditioned living/dining room with TV, which itself opens onto a lovely south-facing terrace. The ground-floor bedroom is a double with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Dressing room. Bathroom and shower. On the 1st floor: a very spacious, large attic bedroom with a beautiful view. mer.La The bedroom consists of two single beds (80x200 cm) and one double bed (160x200 cm), as well as a small bathroom. Each bedroom has a fan. Garden level: a separate entrance provides access to a separate apartment which offers a typical and very attractive kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, and three bedrooms with double beds. On the property, you will find over 150 species of flowering and/or fruit-bearing plants and trees, many of them tropical. Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic, typically Mediterranean fishing port, pedestrian streets lined with small shops, excellent restaurants, and charming squares cooled by fountains, is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you are guaranteed a wonderful holiday whatever the season! It offers a vast array of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting for most of the year. Numerous activities are available: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, casino… not forgetting the inevitable sea bathing and sunbathing! The town, whose market was voted “most beautiful market in France” in 2018, offers you the best local produce as well as fresh fish from the fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In the summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering products artisanaux.De many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins…) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis! The port is also a hub of festivities throughout the year (Fête des traditions, Printemps de Sanary, Just Rosé, Fête de la Musique et de la Danse and many other events offered by local multicultural associations) including for the end-of-year holidays (its superb illuminations are now famous).
