The fully equipped kitchenette is also located on this level and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the first floor.
