Studio in secure residence, (code and beep at the entrance gate) located on the 2nd floor (without elevator). The apartment is composed of an entrance with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a main room with fitted kitchen (washing machine, fridge and new microwave), double sofa bed, a loggia closed by a large bay with a view of the surrounding greenery, without vis-à-vis and quiet. <br>Electric radiators in all rooms. Close to all shops including shopping mall with Auchan, Intermarché and Picard supermarkets, pharmacy etc located only 300 m away. The beach of Bonnegrâce and the town centre are 15 minutes walk away, the train station is 5 minutes away.<br>In the residence there is a private swimming pool, accessible only with the bracelets and beeps provided. A private parking space is reserved for the apartment.<br>Sheets and towels are provided on request (20€ per person).<br>A deposit will be requested (cheque cashed only in the event of damage or non-return of the swimming pool bracelets), returned during the inventory of fixtures.

Je connaissais la résidence des Estivales. Pas de soucis pour avoir les clés. Séjour très agréable. Seul petit bémol vraiment petit au niveau de la batterie de cuisine : pour un studio destiné à une ou deux personnes pas de petite poêle, ni de petite casserole.... petit détail. Bilan très positif peut-être à reproduire l'an prochain ???

Parfait pour se reposer

Un endroit calme qui nous a permis de baisser la voiture et d'aller à pied jusqu'au marché de Sanary ainsi qu'à la plage. Très bon emplacement avec des commerces pour les courses à proximité
