We stay a block away from the hotel very dingy room. Air conditioning not working leaking water. We complained and they said that because we didn’t book directly through them that was what was available to us. Ask for room service and they said it was impossible because we were too far from the main building. The lobby staff were extremely rude

This is a lovely clean and friendly hotel the staff are brilliant we had a lovely week here the breakfasts are very nice we only had one evening meal which was very nice but there are lots of lovely restaurants close by you also can use the hotels beach beds and they give you towels too at a cost would definitely return and would also recommend this hotel

Great property right on the beach. Only downside is we weren’t in the main building, but on a side street a 2 minute walk away - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise, super clean and comfortable.

Of the whole vacation, it was the worst hotel we have chosen. The reception staff a disaster. When we arrived we asked to reserve chairs on the beach, they did so without informing us of the cost. They did not have the will to help, I felt that it bothered them, every time I asked something. I had room 215, the sea view was beautiful, the room in general was good, however, when I took a shower every time, it was torture, the shower was narrow, a person with 70 kg should not enter. The water must be regulated so much so that in the end, one ends up taking a shower with cold water, if you don't burn your skin. I would never go back to this hotel.
