Santa Costanza is a structure built in 2003 and has 6 buildings joined by a large green area, numerous free parking spaces and a double swimming pool, one large and one for the little ones. The swimming pool is usually open from June 15th to September 15th and is supervised during opening hours by a lifeguard. Santa Costanza is a popular destination because the area is extremely quiet, in less than 10 minutes on foot, flat, you are at the sea and the shopping center (COOP) is less than 150 meters away.
