Nicht empfehlenswert aufgrund des Zustandes des Mietobjekts ,Preis -/Leistungsverhältnis mangelhaft

Während unseres Aufenthaltes in San Vincenzo vom 31.7.21 bis 14.8.21 wies die Unterkunft erhebliche Mängel auf . 1.: defekte Spülmaschine : erheblicher Zeitaufwand für die manuelle Reinigung des Geschirrs von 4 Personen.Dieser Mangel wurde Navasol telefonisch und dem Vermieter vor Ort mitgeteilt .Der Mangel wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht behoben,bzw. es wurde nicht reagiert . 2.: unbeleuchteter Zugang zur Waschmaschine und zum Gefrierschrank im Keller, wir mussten mittels Taschenlampe diesen Bereich betreten.Der Vermieter war nicht bereit den Mangel zu beheben.Dieser wurde schon bei unserer Ankunft angezeigt. 3.: Alle 3 Kleiderschränke mussten von uns entleert werden , um die persönliche Kleidung unterzubringen.Es befanden sich alte, verdreckte Kissen und Decken darin. 4.:Die von uns bestellte und bezahlte Bettwäsche lag für uns nicht bereit. 5.:der Wasserdruck für den Betrieb der beiden Duschen war nicht ausreichend, sodaß unter erheblichen Einschränkungen nur eine Dusche benutzt werden konnte. 6.:Im Haus konnte die Klimanlage und ein weiteres elektrisches Gerät ( z.B. Waschmaschine,Herd ) nicht zusammen betrieben werden.Die Sicherung des Hauses konnte die Belastung nicht aufnehmen,sodaß wir oft Stromausfälle hatten. Der Sicherungskasten für das Haus befindet sich ca. 100 m weit entfernt in einer Nebengasse 7.: das gesamte Geschirr ( Töpfe, Teller ,Gläser und Besteck ) war schon bei unserer Ankunft verkalkt in den Küchen – bzw. Wohnzimmerschränken.
