Sehr schöne Lage. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, Preis ist hoch.

Pros: Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mit wenig besuchten Badebuchten, die nur zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Besonders die wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick ist ein Highlight. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich wunderschön und auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Insgesamt bezahlt man hier vor allem für die tolle Lage und den Ausblick. Cons: Das Haus ist nur eingeschränkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parken direkt am Haus ist nicht möglich. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und schmal und eignet sich eigentlich nur dazu, kurz das Gepäck auszuladen. Man sollte zudem gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beispielsweise spritzt der Wasserhahn, die Toilette ist vergilbt, die Matratzen sind alt und eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Insgesamt entspricht die Ausstattung nicht dem, was man bei diesem Preis erwarten würde.
