San Teodoro Center Vacation Apartment

A charming apartment located in the central area of the renowned town of San Teodoro, just 1.5 km from Cala d'Ambra Beach and only a 2–2.5 km walk from the beautiful Cinta Beach. The apartment is a townhouse in a small complex, with entry through a wooden gate, an outdoor area, and a small front porch furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a table for outdoor dining. The living area features a kitchenette equipped with a table and chairs. Next, there is a small bedroom with bunk beds, a master bedroom, and a small bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink; there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the backyard, which features a convenient cold-water shower—ideal for cooling off after returning from the beach. Returning to the entryway, on the left side of the front door, there is a staircase leading to the upper level, which is essentially a spacious room containing one double bed and two single beds. There is also a small bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink. There is a heat pump in the open-concept area of the house (the upstairs room). A ceiling fan is installed to help keep the house well-ventilated. Thanks to its location, there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. Right outside the house, a weekly market is held on Fridays, featuring typical products from the island. Free parking is available outside the house. You can book a rental car through us.
