Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and splendid beach of Capo Coda Cavallo, 750 meters from the beach of Cala Suaraccia (Le Farfalle), very charming studio with mezzanine,1 double bed, 1 sofa bed,1 bathroom and kitchenette in the famous residence "Villaggio Est" with sea view terrace,Air Conditioning,TV, hairdryer and swimming pool.
It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away.
The residence has free parking spaces reserved (our guests will therefore have free access).

The studio will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the residence's swimming pool with sea view.
In the village there is a small square with a bar, a restaurant with seafood specialties and a mini market.
You can go down to the beach (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the residence by a staircase. For those who prefer to get there by car, the beach has a large paid car park (unfortunately in Sardinia almost all beach car parks are chargeable).
