Located in San Teodoro, 400 meters from the famous and beautiful Capo Coda Cavallo beach, 750 m from the Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle) and 1.4 km from the Cala Brandinchi beach (Tahiti), finely renovated three-room apartment with private entrance, 2 double bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (with bidet) in the renowned East Village with unobstructed sea view, equipped with all comforts (large terrace with breathtaking sea view, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer and shared swimming pool). It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away. The residence is equipped with free parking reserved for condominiums (so our guests will have free access). We speak your language (Italian, Français, English) ! The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's sea-view pool. In the village there is a small square with 2 bars - restaurants, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant with fish specialties and 1 food and delicatessen mini-market. You can go down to the sea (the very famous Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village via a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid car park. I personally take care of the income and expenses. I am always available on the phone and always ready to give adequate assistance to my guests in a very short time. The village of Punta Est, built entirely of natural stones, surrounded by nature, overlooking the sea with breathtaking views of the islands of Tavolara and Molara, in the Capo Coda Cavallo area, is one of the most spectacular places in Sardinia in which to spend a period of Sea Holiday. This unique area is characterized by its extraordinarily white beaches and crystal clear water. Capo Coda Cavallo has become a Marine Protected Area in order to conserve one of the symbolic natural places of Sardinia. Some of the most famous beaches of eastern Sardinia are just a few minutes away.
