La Mendula Casa Vacanze

La Mendula, located at the corner of Via Golfo Aranci and Via Calabria, across from the children’s playground, is a two-family home consisting of two three-room apartments, just 400 meters from downtown and 1,200 meters from La Cinta Beach.

Each apartment, located on the first floor, features a corner garden and a private parking space; through the veranda, furnished with a garden table and chairs, you enter the new kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner stove and oven, as well as a flat-screen TV. The hallway leads to the bathroom with a shower stall and washing machine, as well as to the two bedrooms: a double bedroom with air conditioning and a twin bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children.



The accommodations are equipped with:

- kitchenette with dishes and cutlery

- TV

- washing machine

- oven

- air conditioning (included in the rates)

- first floor with a veranda furnished with a table and chairs

- unguarded parking

Rates include electricity, water, and gas consumption, an initial supply of bed linens and towels, final cleaning, and air conditioning.



Your four-legged friends are welcome; a €50 per stay supplement is required for apartment cleaning.



Mandatory fees to be paid on site:

- Cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes, and kitchen utensils is the guest’s responsibility; otherwise, a fee of €25 will be charged

- Security deposit: €200 per apartment (the deposit will be refunded to your address 48 hours after the apartment inspection via bank transfer or credit card)



Additional optional services available upon request, to be paid on-site:

- Pets: €50 per stay

- Bed and bath linens: €15 per person per change

- Extra bed not available

- Crib: €5 per day (no additional charge for a crib brought by the guest—maximum 1 per app.to)

- children’s high chair €3 per day

- For arrivals outside of opening hours: if notified in advance and before midnight, a €30 surcharge applies; if not notified in advance and after midnight, check-in is only possible the following day.
