Villa Vanessa is a holiday home of about 145 m² on two levels, located in Punta Molara (San Teodoro), surrounded by Sardinian nature with a large private garden on three sides of the property. It is the ideal solution for families or groups seeking space, privacy, and the tranquility of the Costa Gallurese, with a beautiful sea view.



The villa features three bedrooms—two doubles and one with two single beds—two bathrooms with showers, and a well-equipped kitchen with all essentials for a pleasant stay. For more specific needs, we are happy to provide additional equipment on request. The spacious private garden on three sides offers plenty of outdoor space; covered parking is available inside the property.



Air conditioning is present in every room, ensuring maximum comfort on the hottest days. Exclusive WiFi is available with no traffic limits or signal issues. Cable TV is included.



Mosquito screens are installed in the sleeping area and kitchen. As in many areas of Sardinia, we recommend using mineral water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking.



Electricity consumption is the guest's responsibility and is mandatory. The amount is available for an extra fee and must be paid at check-in.



To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, bed linen and towels are essential for your stay. If they are not included in your booking, please bring your own and show them to the host at check-in.
