Domo Magenta is located in a quiet area near the center of San Teodoro.<br><br>Through the landscaped garden, you reach an enclosed veranda where the sitting area has been set up; here you’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed.<br><br>Beyond the living room is the large kitchen-dining area, equipped with a dining area, TV, microwave, and dishwasher.<br><br>A patio door leads to the rear patio, furnished with a table and chairs and featuring an outdoor solar-heated shower.<br><br>The sleeping area features one master bedroom and one double bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.<br><br>Street parking <br><br><br><br>The apartment is equipped with:<br><br>- TV<br><br>- Washing machine<br><br>- Dishwasher<br><br>- Furnished outdoor area and solar-heated outdoor shower<br><br>- Microwave<br><br>- Ceiling fan on the veranda<br><br>or just about 2 km from the beautiful La Cinta beach <br><br><br><br>Rates include: <br><br>- electricity, water, and gas consumption; final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette); and an initial supply of bed and bath linens.<br><br><br><br>Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €50 per stay to cover apartment cleaning.<br><br><br><br>COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE<br><br>- Cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes, and kitchen utensils is the guest’s responsibility; otherwise, a fee of €25 will be charged<br><br>- Security deposit: €200 per apartment.
