From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved my stay here! Had some small issue with the shower flooding, but it was taken care of very fast. Be aware that there is no iron or steamer that they can provide, but have dry cleaning and pressing services for a fee. Given that you are in nature, the rooms do tend to have small bugs and mosquitos. Bring repellent. The breakfast is fantastic and the property so beautifully kept. The service from everyone is superb.

The staff are great and management will do what needed to ensure client satisfaction. Important to note that Most of the rooms have no view. The only ones that do are the junior suites but even that is not the best. The hotel is at least 1 km from the beach.
