Baglioni Resort Sardinia is the perfect luxury retreat for anyone looking to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome and right at home, with warm, attentive service that continued throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and offer every comfort you could ask for. Property is on a great location only issue was both bridges connecting the hotel to the beach were destroyed at time of visit requiring all guests to take shuttle. Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down. Likewise at the beach as these are just normal for any five star resort. Not a show stopper but an opportunity for the management to provide five star service to their guests while increasing their bottom line.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baglioni Resort Sardinia. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and took great care of our family throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. The food was excellent, with delicious options for both adults and children, and the overall quality of the resort exceeded our expectations. The rooms, grounds, and amenities were all beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The only downside is that there is no direct access to the beach, which would have made the experience even better. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia.

Stunning property, the only issue I have is that it talked about a private beach, but the beach was not accessible easily. We had to take a shuttle. Also there was no food or drinks for sale on the beach by the hotel

Fabulous property! The staff go above and beyond, the included breakfast buffet is unbelievable, I mean it is next level amazing! Endless rows of freshly made pastries that look like a work of art, and everything else your heart could desire for breakfast! Plan your day around breakfast, do not miss it. The pool is great. You do need to take a shuttle to the beach, but the beach is pristine, with crystal clear water and loungers with towels are already set up with water also available. We loved having the sea view room, which was beautifully decorated, updated and clean. I’m counting down the days until we can return again. Also, if you are from the US, there is a direct flight from JFK to Olbia.

A lot to unpack here but basically I would not come back. The best way to summarize it is this is a decent 4 star hotel but a terrible 5 star hotel. They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport. They did compensate by giving me a free lunch but neither the concierge nor the manager came to apologize. The rooms are super small and all furniture is dated. They are patches on the wall for repairs that are poorly done. The beach is super far from the hotel. The property feels dated. The silver lining are some of the people that you can tell they try really hard. A couple of male staff were great but I neglected to ask for their names and one lifeguard named Guisy was extremely helpful and friendly like you expect. Also an older lifeguard at the beach was great. Also the restaurant Giusto is worth its price. Solid dinner. But I paid 1000 euros per room. If you are going to charge me that you need to deliver on all fronts.

From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return!
