Ginepri Apartment with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Part of a small residence, the Ginepri apartment is located on a corner and is partially below ground level. It features a living room with sofa, a functional kitchenette, two bedrooms—one double and one single—and a bathroom. Maximum capacity is three guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and double bedroom, cable TV, and a crib available for an extra fee. Outside, you will find a garden and a private veranda, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.



A shared pool, beautifully lit at night, is available from May 22 to September 30. The natural beach of Punta Molara is 600 meters away, Cala Girgolu is 3.5 km, and the beaches of Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, and Porto Taverna are 5 km away. The center of San Teodoro (9 km) offers bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and lively nightlife.



Please note the ceiling height is less than 2.15 meters. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, and final cleaning are available for an extra fee. Included: exclusive and unlimited Wi-Fi, water, kitchen gas, and one private parking space. A car or motorbike is essential. Wi-Fi signal is best outside and may be weaker indoors.



Electricity consumption is the guest’s responsibility and is mandatory. The amount is specified in the booking conditions and must be paid at check-in.



For everyone’s comfort, bed linen and towels are required for your stay. If not included in your booking, please bring your own and show them to the host at check-in.
