The room is clean and modern. The hotel beach is great and has space for many people at the same time. Staff ia helpful and with good english. Breakfast as an ok offer. I would recommend serving coffee in the tables since the queue to the coffee machine gets pretty busy quickly.

The private beach and overall beachfront area was very accessible and had great facilities. The staff at reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern, clean and big, so overall was great value for money. The only downside was that breakfast got chaotic when arriving past 9:00 but wasn’t too bothersome as we just got up a little earlier.

It was a great property. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The grounds were kept very nice. The only upgrade I could suggest is that they clean the beach more thoroughly from seaweed and rocks. But other than that, I highly recommend this property.

Good but small things let it down.

We had a really good stay but a couple of things tarnished our holiday. The check in was terrible. Being told we needed to pay, when we had already paid through Hotels.com. Reception wanted to keep our passports with no explanation. Wasn’t given any information about the hotel, meal times etc. The room was nice, but the A/C would only stay on for 10 minutes at a time. No place to get drinking water and no bottles of water provided. Room was clean, but there was no top up of any of the toiletries for a five night stay. We went out on a half day boat trip. This was good, for the price, but oversold by the rep. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and it was nice that the hotel was quiet. I think some of the issues are because it is low season and staff just getting ready for the high season. If this place was fully booked out mind, then I feel it would have been chaotic and very busy with a lot of room units in close proximity.

Beautiful location with private beach and lovely gardens. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Short walk into the town where there are restaurants and shops. You can arrange boat trips from the hotel that picks you up in the morning from the hotels own jetty. We also enjoyed playing Padel and courts had a lovely view of the sea. You could also use paddle boards, kayaks and they had free exercise and yoga sessions outside. Walking distance to la cinta beach but you’d need a car if you wanted to explore further. We didn’t want to leave!

Fint hotell men fantastisk utsikt. Det här hotellet har allt, beach, pool, beachbar, vattenaktiviteter, restaurang men framförallt, ett kök var man själv kan koka mat till barnen. Där grunna färdigt en hög med olika pasta, köttsås, tomatsås, olika mjölkar osv. Helt perfekt för en barnfamilj på resa!

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Frühstück war sehr gut, bis auf den Kaffeeautomat, dort musste man für seinen Kaffee lange anstehen.

Die Lage der Bungalow war perfekt Gartenpflege einzigartig Personal im frühstücksraum nervig. Ungefragt wurden einem die Teller weggenommen wobei man noch am kauen war! Fenster nicht geputzt!!! Kein guten Morgen oder sonstiges gewünscht. Brauche ich auch nicht aber der Anstand gebietet es; oder?

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel! Wunderschön direkt am Strand gelegen, mit eigenen Liegen und extra Handtüchern. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Innenstadt von San Teodoro ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kinder- und Abendprogramm sowie Kajaks und SUPs zum ausleihen ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer top modern. Leider ist das Service Personal überfordert und unmotiviert. Viel Personal und keiner weiss was zu machen ist. Zudem merkten wir, dass das Saisonende in zwei Wochen ansteht. Die Beach Bar, das Spa sowie die Boutique wurde bereits geschlossen. Bei diesen Preisen und den vier Sternen darf sowas nicht sein.

Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, Pool und Strand allerdings nicht so einladend. Da lohnt sich lieber in einer der umliegenden Buchten zu fahren. Frühstück ok, schöner Blick aufs Meer. Restaurant und Touristisches Dörfchen gut per Fuß zu erreichen.
