The apartment features three interconnected rooms and a small, simple bathroom equipped with all the essentials. The heart of the home is the entryway/living room, which provides access to all the rooms as well as a sunny interior terrace with a charming, well-sheltered awning.
Access to the apartment is via the building’s common passageway, which leads to the property’s private garden. In the garden, clearly marked by a hedge, there is a convenient path leading to the patio, which connects directly to the wide staircase leading to the upper floor. These areas of the property are shared with the guests on the first floor, including the outdoor terrace accessible directly from the stairs. Access to the ground-floor garden is permitted solely for the use of the washing machine, after coordinating its use with the other guests. During periods of cold weather, an efficient radiator heating system can be activated to create a very comfortable indoor environment. The heating system is centralized and preset, and is activated exclusively during the winter months. During hot weather, the rooms are equipped with cooling heat pumps.
