The property is an easy access from 101 freeway and has good parking. The room is clean with refrigerator and microwave. Sea breeze in is simple but meet all the needs for a restful stay at San Simeon.

Great place to stay on the coast, a block from the ocean and a 5 minute drive to the Hearst Castle. Clean comfortable room and a very helpful staff. The pool was refreshing and the sunsets were amazing. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Love this mote. It's clean, simple, easy to access, the rooms are fairly large, the bed comfortable, the leaning service great. It is a very short walk to a pretty beach and there are a few good restaurants nearby.

In the hotel's ad, they claim you can hear the surf since you're close to the ocean......unless you have the hearing of a Miniature Schnauzer, you will only hear cars and people under your window. The room was clean but the staff was definitely unhappy being there; for the price of the room, it definitely wasn't worth it. We won't be staying again.

My family and I (7 of us) book 3 rooms each time we come. The conditions of the room are nice, not new, but always nice. The staff has always been helpful and kind. This time we were downstairs by the stairs. That was rough. You can literally hear everything, but for the most part we enjoyed this last 3 day stay.
