Just an average hotel. The front desk staff member was very nice, as others have mentioned, and I could tell that the hotel is family-operated, which is a plus. Breakfast was very basic, similar to other hotels, so don’t expect much, though they do offer free cookies for guests. What I didn’t like was that we were assigned rooms in a separate building during two cold, rainy, and windy days, which made getting to breakfast quite inconvenient. We also had an elderly person in our group, so this was especially difficult. The overall experience would have been much better if the front desk had been more considerate and placed us in the same building where breakfast is served. Yes, that back building has patios but what can you do in that 3-foot wide balcony when it's raining hard with strong winds for the most time of the two days? Next time, when weather is bad, please be more considerate.

I didn’t care for the bleach on the floor that ruined my clothes and the hotel did not apologize or offer to make amends, because I used you as a booking service. I lost a lot of money do to the damage to my clothes. The lack of vents in the bathroom is probably why there was a patch of black mold under the sink, but to leave the bleach. The room is also very warm as there is no circulation without leaving the slider open. And my pet peeve, the clerk at check in loudly announced to the entire waiting room my room number, as a woman traveling alone, I HATE the lack of concern for my safety.

Awesome customer service. GM Edward is super friendly and personable..his caringness and attention to detail is amazing. There should be more people in the hospitality industry like him. The hotel itself is older and a bit run down. Smoke parking and the surroundings are nice for a beachfront hotel. The rooms need renovation but it was clean and comfortable. Even the heater was working better than expected. Although my daughter found a dead roach in the refrigerator but hey it was dead no harm done. The breakfast was delicious, typical cold cereals, bananas & yogurts. Hot items were potatoes, bacon, sauce and scrambled eggs. Make your own waffles, assorted breads & bagels for toasting..lots of variety to satisfy your breakfast moods. Customer service here during breakfast was top notch as well..way to go Quality Inn.
