Well worth!

I initially selected this inn because it is right next to the cat sanctuary and my wife and I always love to make a stop to visit the cats! But this inn was beyond what I thought it was going to be. The front desk were very welcoming and overall really nice people! Unfortunate we didn’t have power one morning but that’s out of the inn’s control! The room was clean, the bed sheets were clean, the blankets and the towels rolled up nicely! The air conditioner worked perfectly, it’s not too hot in Cambria but I love to sleep in the cold, my wife however, hates it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely stay here again!

Staff accommodated our late check-in, which I appreciate. However, the carpet in a section of the room was very wet. Due to the late arrival, there was no one at the front desk to assist us. We discovered early the next morning that there was no shower curtain but couldn’t find staff to assist.

This was a relatively enjoyable stay, I would definitely stay here again. The staff are wonderful! I called the day before with questions and, when I arrived, the office clerk greeted me by name before I could tell her who I was. She said, "I was so worried that you were going to arrive after I left for the day. I was looking forward to meeting you!" What a wonderful way to begin a trip! I felt so welcomed. I will be back! <3 The parking was plentiful, and the property is conveniently located near the downtown area. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel in a very long time (I usually hate hotel pillows!). I slept like a baby each night until my upstairs neighbor arrived and stomped around each morning, waking me up. The only downsides are that the ice machine kept breaking down so I had to spend $8 for a bag of ice at the local store, the water pressure in the shower is very low. Also, I paid extra for the garden view, which turned out to be a sloping hill area with foliage. It was not what I expected as I anticipated a view of a beautiful, colorful garden while reading and drinking morning coffee. Those minor issues aside, it is a good value for the area and a wonderful stay.

Location was awesome for walking into town, but it was so quiet. We went to the beach, but it was windy and cold, so we went back and sat on our balcony and read, it was perfect. Room was clean and seemed to have been updated recently and the beds, so comfortable. Have stayed at several places in Cambria and this is my favorite!

Great remodeled motel. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Bed was comfy, room very clean, nice patio in back we saw an owl and a fox. Late check in was easy, we would stay again.

Newely remodeled, landscape is nice, balcony on the creek side was nice, quiet. Didnt expect to see deer in the clearing. Love the price range for the quality and location. Will be back soon!
