The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I got to the hotel several hours earlier than check-in, and the front desk made it a point to have my room cleaned first. My room was cleaned and ready 2 hours earlier than the standard check-in. Rooms and hotel were nice and in the center of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would come back for another enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay in the family suite. Plenty of space with a small kitchen and washing machine to suit our needs as weary travellers. The location was great for walking to the beach for amazing sunsets, river and old town. A small supermarket was across the road and plenty of choice of bars and tavernas nearby. Oskar greeted us with a smile every time we appeared. Thank you for making our stay very special.

The staff was amazing, they reached out to me a few days before arrival to ensure someone was available at the time of check-in. This might be a small thing to most, but I really appreciated the free filtered water that they refill for you. Saved us some euros. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the old town. Overall, it was an excellent choice.

The room was well appointed but tiny, barely any room for 2 suitcases. However, brilliant location and staff were amazing. Shout out to Oskar who explained everything and booked a restaurant for us on our first night. Cost of parking is outrageous in Ssn Sebastián.

Hotel was in an amazing location. And the staff was wonderful!! The room was extremely spacious and we comfortably had my husband, myself and adult daughter and partner. The only glitch was we ran out of hot water after 2 short showers. We would definitely stay here again!! You can’t beat the price for 4 person room in the city center. Easy walking to EVERYTHING! Also, room had washer and small kitchenette if needed.

What a great location in San Sebastián. Walking distance to everything. Could not get street parking due to the huge crowds there on Father's Day. But underground parking was nearby, although not particularly cheap. Room was delightful. Good communication from staff

Overall great experience and lovely staff. The location is top notch. One thing to note is hot water runs out pretty quickly at night. The staff told me the room has a small tank for hot water so make sure not to keep running when taking a shower.

Brilliant location, check in was easy and the staff were so helpful and informative. Room was clean and well presented, the only down mark was no blind or curtain on one window which unfortunately allowed the street light in.
