The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite with the master bedroom.
One of the bedrooms has two 90 cm x 200 cm beds, and the other bedroom has a king-size bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm.
The living-dining area offers an ideal space to enjoy relaxing evenings during your vacation. The home is very bright; the living-dining area has two outdoor balconies, and the master bedroom features a romantic San Sebastián-style balcony with a view. The kitchen, the double bedroom, and the second bathroom open onto a light-filled courtyard.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and a full set of kitchenware. There is a capsule coffee machine, and cookies and pastries are available for our guests.

There is an elevator.

I’ll be available to help you with any issues that may arise during your stay, and I’ll be happy to give you all kinds of tips about San Sebastián, the city where I was born and have lived most of my life.

We’re located in the center of San Sebastián, specifically in what’s known as the “romantic” area of San Sebastián. This area is known for its many prestigious boutiques, La Concha Beach, and the “Buen Pastor” Cathedral, among other attractions.

The central train and bus station is 650 meters from the apartment, an 8-minute walk. If you’re coming by car, the nearest parking lot is 200 meters away and is called “El Buen Pastor”; the price is around €24 per day. There are two other parking lots nearby: “San Martín” and “La Concha.” There are also bus stops very close to the apartment, allowing you to travel to any part of the city. However, thanks to the apartment’s excellent location and the city’s compact size, you don’t need a car or public transportation to visit the city’s most iconic sites.
The apartment is right in the heart of the city, 100 meters from the Buen Pastor Cathedral, 220 meters from La Concha Beach, and 800 meters from the Old Town, world-renowned for its sophisticated and delicious cuisine, particularly its “pintxos.”

Parking is not available in the building, and it’s difficult to find a spot nearby, so we recommend using private parking lots. The closest private parking lot is less than 200 meters away; it’s called “El Buen Pastor.” There are two other parking lots nearby: “San Martín” and “La Concha.”
