A charming little apartment on a finca, just 4 km from San Sebastián

Enjoy a wonderful stay in a typical island atmosphere.

Our house—built in 1741—is located in the Barranco de la Villa, in the heart of the countryside, not far from the capital, San Sebastián, with its two wonderful beaches. (7 min by car)

The small apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and two people who are close. The bed, with a spring mattress, has no footboard and is 1.40 wide.

The large windows offer a wonderful view of the garden and the mountains.

Thanks to the peaceful, nature-filled location in Barranco, the sounds of local birds, our chickens, and the animals on the neighboring farm are usually the only sounds you’ll hear.

At night, you can enjoy a great view of the impressive starry sky from the small terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen with a small dining table is separated from the sleeping area by an impressive wooden door; the small bathroom with a shower opens onto the sleeping area.

A stable, fast Wi-Fi connection provides ideal conditions for remote work and longer stays.

Close to the capital yet quiet—perfect for combining work and relaxation.

Parking is available in the garden.
