The Oceanview Guesthouse is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath casita with a full kitchen, dining area and living room with spectacular ocean and mountain views.

There is AC in the master bedroom ONLY. The second bedroom does NOT have AC. There are large sliding doors that span across the entire wall of the house, letting in the cooling ocean breeze and creating the feeling of being outside, from the comfort of the living room couch.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and the wifi is strong and fast enough to stream your shows on any device you have.

We provide unlimited fresh filtered drinking water during your stay.

Laundry service for $9 per load wash and dry

Please note: This is is tranquil and serene neighborhood. We do not allow parties or events. Maximum number of guests is 4. (you can bring your own mattress pad for the 4th person)

This guest house is located within a gated community and features a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. The setup is basic, with one main room, a smaller room, and two bathrooms (one on each floor). Having an air conditioning unit in each room was a helpful feature for staying comfortable. There are some specific details to keep in mind before booking. The walk from the main gate down to the guest house is quite steep, which can be a significant challenge if you are carrying luggage. It is manageable if you have an adventurous spirit, but it is worth noting for accessibility. Additionally, the pool is located adjacent to the main house, so it does not offer full privacy. However, the view from the pool area is truly astonishing, offering an infinite look at the Pacific. Overall, the property is a pleasant choice for a young couple looking for a base to explore the area. I would strongly recommend stopping at a supermarket to stock up on groceries and toiletries before checking in, as the house is a bit far from the nearest stores.
