Beverly Hills Status

When I say “Beverly Hills” status I mean, this property is like a mini mansion to where you really get that bang for your buck. My family and I enjoyed everything this listing had to offer best of all so quiet and peaceful. Wonderful full, everything was well kept. I would recommend 1000%. Thank you.

Great Place

Stayed for 3 nights. The home is very welcoming and you really feel at home when you arrive. We loved the pool and the outside sitting and dining areas. There are a few flaws inside the home that could and probably are been fixed. The kitchen sinks leaks which makes water pooling inside. There are also a couple of leaks in the living room when it rains (these are kept contained) 1-2 lights missing. Also beware, the community has two in and outs and if you get the wrong one you can't get in and when trying to exit the guards will not let you out as it appears to be exclusive for the hotels within the community. Overall, a great place to stay, calm and quiet at nights and within 10 minute walks to awesome beach views and beaches.

2024 Winter Vacation at Solarium Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was everything the postings said it was. We loved the decor of the house and the privacy from bedroom to bedroom with their own bathroom. Overall a don't believe we could have stayed anywhere else and enjoyed it as much. I say that honestly, I looked and research for weeks until I found the "Solarium Beach House".

Fabulous Family vacation

We had a multi-generational vacation. This property provided us plenty of room to enjoys our "down time". The pool was a wonderful way to start or end our day. The pool was cleaned daily! Great communication from host and property manager. Highly recommend this property for a larger family.
