The place is beautiful, but for my experience, it was a little dirty for me. swimming pool was dirty. Looks greenish, like it needs to be clean.The house is beautiful, but the beds are hard, I could not sleep well.There was just even your plates and cups and cookware. And limited toilet paper nor soap and other needed items that they supposedly provided. Communication with the hosted was excellent, unfortunately the staff need to take care more the ranch to make it pleasant .

Overall, the experience was positive. The property manager, who lives on the premises, was very helpful. The property was well-organized; however, one of the bathrooms was dirty, and the beds were extremely firm, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, since we stayed for a period of 8 days, we were informed that we needed to provide our trash bags and toiletries. This requirement was not mentioned in the property listing.

You can feel the TLC at this property. The garden is very beautiful and lush. The bedrooms are specious and well lighten. Property is about 10 min walk from the beach and not exactly swimming friendly. Our host Ana helped us with every question and eager to make sure we had a good time.

The caretaker for the home was great! He took great care of the home and pin pointed all the great local spots around the area. He made the stay enjoyable. The house is nice and clean. The AC were fully functional and kept us cool in the extreme heat. The pool was very well kept.

The place is perfect but I did have a hard time communicating with the host. Another problem was getting the password for the wifi. The host wasn’t was not available to talk to, if it wasn’t for Francisco and Consuelo we would have no service even though it says “free wifi” on the amenities. I had to send a screenshot so could believe that she was advertising free wifi but wouldn’t share the password. Thank you Francisco for being a wonderful person.

Friendliness

The rancho is a beautiful place to spend with family and friends however, Rancho does not have beach front it’s at least seven minutes walk so if you don’t mind walking then this is the place for you. The house keeper lady is very helpful and friendly made us feel very welcome the property.
