Ramada inn was in perfect location close to galleria mall ,restaurants and city ! Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and eager to assist you with all your questions and concerns! Fabiola at the front desk was so kind and helpful! She made us feel like family, helped plan our trips , city attractions even helps with our luggage to the room ! She and Enrique at breakfast area are truly gid sent , Angels I must say ! Will definitely be back ! Love the room and the premium bedding , AC was nice and cold , rooms sound proof and spacious, breakfast is delicious, pools being repaired , casino is in lobby area , good security at front door ! Place is very safe and well kept ! The manager does an awesome job ! She and Fabiola are tremendous assets to the Ramada company! Will definitely be back ! Worth every penny !
