This place is in the middle of no where, next to a very busy and noise road, the only walkable place is their own restaurant, the food and service was very good, but if you need to buy something, the closes place is a gas station, around 3 minutes driving, room 17 sucks, is one of the closest to the road, at midnight the emergency lights when on for no reason and stay on until I fell asleep when I wake up at 5:00 am there was no power in the room, I have to dress up in a dark room, it was not a pleasant night.

Lied about not having hot water… we called weeks before our trip to make sure they had hot water. They flat out lied. At check in we asked again if there was hot water they lied again and said yes. Even later that night they kept lying about it only happening that same day. Finally after showing them our messages from 1 month earlier and the fact they had bad reviews over this they finally admitted it. I can handle no hot water. But being lied to no way jose!! Location was very good. Hotel was dirty all around. Pool was nice. Parking was good.
Like come on. Put your stuff away it affects your guests
A refresh is in need here.

Upon arrival, there was no welcome or greeting. I had to introduce myself first. The room refrigerator was unplugged, and the manager explained this was due to budget-related cost savings. My beers got hot as it took 2hrs for it to fully operate. The property photos are misleading, as the bar next to the pool no longer exists. To get a drink or food, you now have to walk two floors to the very far corner of the building since no beverages are served in the pool area anymore. Additionally, I was charged $10 USD for the so-called “free shuttle.” Even the manager acknowledged that the information has not been updated and that the shuttle is only free between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. This is false advertising in multiple areas. Due to these misleading issues, I will definitely not be returning.

The room was clean, grounds were beautiful. The pool was fantastic after a hot day of traveling. The food at the restaurant was great, including the free breakfast. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Use a translation app and you’ll be good to go!
