They lost electricity on both days I was there. My electrical outlets needed to be changed, my ac did not work upon arrival until the evening, my jacuzzi jets had to be fixed. I basically had someone repairing items in my room the first day. No phones in the room and the message service is HARD to get a hold off. Someone came to abruptly bang hard on my door at 5am and 3am and I couldn’t sleep bc of fear of someone trying to break in through my sliding terrace door which also had a broken lock, I had no one to call and they didn’t respond to my message until 830am the next day. Eduardo from the restaurant and Elizabeth from the spa were the only 2 positives from my stay. The food was nice but other than Eduardo it took an hour just to get a hold of the restaurant staff. In the pictures it shows access to the beach but there is none at all, you cant even see sand at ANY time of the day. The natural pool in the pictures, is dry and broken. I would not recommend this place at all.
