The property is conveniently located within walking distance of everything. Although the traffic outside can be a bit noisy, I was able to request a quieter room. The hotel itsel is beautifully designed, featuring stunning architectural windows that extend from floor to ceiling.

I paid a rate to get a room with volcano view in one of the top levels, however, I did not get one of those, nor volcano view nor top level. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
