The place is good for one or two people that need a safe place to sleep. Cooking/Kitchen facilities are good, the dining room is small.There is no hot water and the garden pictures are not within the unit but outside in the common area, therefore there is not privacy if one wants to spend time in the garden.The main -Condominium- is very quiet, people there seem to be very conservative and neutral.Getting to the place can be a challenge for people who do not know El Salvador.A good thing about this place is that there is no traffic noise.I would not recommend this place for young people who are on holidays and want to party. However, I do recommend this place for single or couples that are over 50 years of age.

If you just need a bed. Book

Honestly the security was the best part of the apartment complex. It seemed dirty, the ac did not work, the water gets turned off at a certain time. Not convenient if you get home after 8! Owner does reply to messages and phone calls but he really didn’t do much. Not many bugs though. We stayed as a family of 4 so the whole water situation was incredibly inconvenient. Cute apartment layout . Like I said if you need a bed, aye go ahead and book. Especially if just 2 people are staying or yourself. The water situation just threw me off as I’m repeating how inconvenient it was for the millionth time. Oh and the ac just looked pretty on the wall. No ac in the bedrooms and the one in the living room was not operating. House was hot to say the least. Yikes!
