Disappointing Experience Despite a Good Hotel Cinco Hotel was a solid place to stay overall — clean rooms, decent amenities, and a good location. Unfortunately, our checkout experience completely soured the impression. They claimed that my girlfriend had stained three towels with makeup (two small and one large) and then proceeded to charge us $50, which is basically the cost of an entire night’s stay. This charge felt completely unjustified and excessive. There was no prior warning or opportunity to address the issue reasonably. It came across as nothing more than an attempt to unfairly take extra money from guests. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since the hotel itself was good. I cannot recommend Cinco Hotel based on this experience. It’s a shame that their customer service and billing practices don’t match the quality of their accommodations.

Excellent location and service of the staff. Cute Hotel and includes breakfrast. We stayed in the "yellow" room. It's spacious and overlooks the parking lot and the street. It has a refrigerator and a place to hang clothes. What it needs is a mirror, so you can get up close and have good lighting all around. The cold-water handle on the sink kept coming loose, and on the second day, the bathroom smelled like sewage.

The staff were super friendly and patient with us as our Spanish is quite primitive. The room was clean and the AC was cold, just how we like it. The lot guys were very attentive to ensure we always had a spot and guided us into spaces when it was tight. The servers at the restaurant were friendly and prompt. They also have the cutest shop inside with trinkets and other souvenirs to purchase as well and regret not buying anything. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, we'll be back 😊

I absolutely loved my time at Cinco Hotel. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful. The first night I slept 10 hours. The location is ideal. I arrived via bus and the station is about a block away, less than a 5-minute walk. I was also able to walk to multiple restaurants, shopping centers, and museums. The health store on site was a game changer and the restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious and it is so healthy that I felt fantastic as a result. The included breakfast was a la carte with delicious options. My favorite part was how amazing the staff was. I felt looked after and cared for. I am definetely returning whenever I need a break.

Genuinely loved the atmosphere of this place. They have a holistic store, restaurant, and gift shop all in the hotel. They offer free made to order breakfast which was delicious. Beautiful plants! I love plants. We landed late so I reached out to them for transportation from the airport to the hotel and they were very accommodating. They had someone pick us up in a nice air conditioned vehicle. The location was convenient to good restaurants, the mall, museum, and short uber to main attractions. The ladies who worked there were very nice and quick to use translation when they didn't speak English well. I also used translation quite a bit. Only problem and reason I can't give 5 stars is because we had a roof leak during our stay. They were eager to fix it but we weren't there long and just dealt with it until we left. They did everything to make us comfortable though.
