Clean room and amazing view, but the Centro Historico plays loud music 24/7 and you will hear it all. They also charged me twice for my room but the correct it right away. The only thing is that they told me that if that didn’t work they were not responsible for me getting my money back.

This is a great place to stay, staff is friendly, facility is super nice, location is super convenient, over all is a a great place to stay, but parking sucks, they say it comes with parking but I ended up paying 25 bucks just because I didn’t turn in the parking ticket the day I got it and the staff said they would cover the charges, and I was responsible for it. And they only help me with my luggage when arrived but when I checked out I had to walk with my luggage a block away and carry them down 3 sets of stairs. Other than this it was a good place to stay. 4 out of 5 stars over all.

Great staff, I felt heard

The room is tiny, not like the pictures. The hotel is beautiful and feels like new. The staff is great and after the first night (which was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep) did everything to make my stay better. The staff is great, I think they need a bit better management. The restaurant in the top floor is amazing, but closed to the public, half of the week for events

I didn’t like that the parking lot was not in the building you have to park a block away. Is not easy when you have big luggage. We did get help but walking in the street with luggage I didn’t like. Also what I didn’t like was that I ordered a drink at the rooftop bar and when I was paying my drink the bartender said you have to leave tip. I was like what now is mandatory leaving tip.
