No pude difrutar en lo absoluto este hotel, el cual reservé por dos semanas. Estan en remodelacion y casi todas las areas estan bloqueadas con plasticos, trabajos en proceso, etc. Toallas y alfombra del baño deshiladas. Si todavia estan en remodelacion no lo recomiendo. Despues, es posible pues tiene buena hubicacion.

Tuve la mala fortuna de quedarme en una habitación del segundo nivel donde se escucha todo el ruido de la recepción hasta alta horas de la noche y muy temprano en la mañana. La 2da y 3ra noche me dieron una habitación en el 5to nivel, mucho mejor en relacion al ruido pero les hace falta mantenimiento general: el control del AC no funciona, el inodoro se traba, la ducha esta tapada, las puertas necesitan pintura.

La propiedad es aceptable. Sin embargo estuve tratando de comunicarme por teléfono para pedir que no me dejaran en el segundo nivel por el ruido de la recepción que se escucha en ese nivel (por experiencias pasadas). No logre comunicación. Les mande un correo, no recibí respuesta alguna. Hoy hice el check in y mi habitación esta en el 2do. Nivel inmediato a la recepción. Todo lo que pedí que no quería. Son las 10:21 PM, se escuchan las personas que están platicando en recepción como que estuvieran dentro de la habitación. Pedi que me cambien de habitación para las próximas 2 noches, espero así sea pues en caso contrario seria la ultima vez que me hospedo aquí. Los problemas de comunicación por teléfono y correo deberían de resolverlo de alguna manera.

Ideal Hotel with Easy and Safe Parking!

I wanted a hotel with safe and easy parking in a good location of San Salvador and this was perfect. Rooms were good, bed comfortable and it included free breakfast which was good. Overall, great base for the night in San Salvador!
