The room was excellent with everything working fine and all well maintained. The staff was welcoming, very polite, and professional. Most of the staff was bilingual. The VIP access is a bargain to access a nice breakfast that goes far beyond the “continental” breakfast description (omelette a, bacon, cereal, fruit. After 5PM this provides a small selection of substantial plates of food (beef, chicken, salads, cheese, salami). The jacuzzi was a great (maybe a little too hot) compliment to our busy days. We spent 6 nights total there and would love to return one day.

They charge me extra money just for being a tourist and nobody told me at check in I’m really disappointed I booked the reservation for 80 at night and they charge me $125 bucks so that’s why I’m disappointed
