Enjoy a well-deserved holiday in this spacious and comfortable flat for 4 people in San Roque. It is located in a majestic urbanization with a communal pool in the area of Pueblo Nuevo Guadiaro, just 4 km from the beach of Sotogrande.

After spending the day sunbathing on the beach, playing golf on one of the many nearby golf courses, or hiking in the surrounding area, the best plan is to relax on the apartment's large terrace after a refreshing dip in the shared pool. The chlorine pool measures 10 x 15 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.5 to 3 meters.

The stylish flat, which is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, has all the comforts you need to enjoy your days off. The spacious and bright living-dining room has access to the main terrace, a Smart TV, and a table for 8 guests. The separate kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all the necessary equipment to cook like at home. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Our guests can relax in 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with twin beds, each with an en suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. There is also an additional toilet. Finally, the house is equipped with ducted air conditioning.

The flat is located in San Roque, in the quiet area of Pueblo Nuevo Guadiaro, with access to all the necessary services for your stay. The area features several golf courses, the nearby beach of Sotogrande, and its luxurious harbor where you can stroll around and eat in its superb restaurants and some of the local delicacies.

The community pool is open from June 1 to August 31.Please note that the opening and closing times of the community pool are subject to house rules and may vary depending on the season without prior notice.
