The whole experience was amazing. The staff were super helpful and very polite. The smell of the entire hotel specially the entrance was amazing. The kids club was super clean with interesting activities for kids. The ocean and infinity pool view our best bet.

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel and can’t wait to be back! This was our first visit, we’re a family with young children. The hotel is located in a secluded area but full of life! I can’t compliment the staff enough on their helpfulness and service. Truly outstanding! The rooms are spacious with great amenities. Pools are large and perfect for families. The pools were not heated as the temperature was 35-40 C, not a problem for us as it helped keep us cool. Food was delicious and there were great choices. Kids club was super for the little ones. The beach access is easy thanks to the buggy service. Highly recommend visiting!

Breakfast team , Marta & all her colleagues really set you up for the day, excellent staff, excellent food , really great stay in this hotel . Javier & the Valet team were great with extra water , towels for the day & recommendations on place’s & restaurants to try.

Fantastic resort, with beautiful large rooms, the bathroom includes everything you need. Also the breakfast buffet has a large variety of chooses. The service of the front desk and concierge are truly 5 stars. Only 2 suggestion for improvement: 1 the pool needs some proper cleaning specifically between the tiles and in corners. 2 we suggest to install a buzzer or phone at the beach and main hotel for transfer from and to the beach. I would definitely recommend this resort and I would like to revisit it. Again thank you for the excellent service

The property itself is beautiful, with well-designed grounds and very attractive, clean rooms. The overall setting and aesthetics meet expectations for a high-end resort. However, the service experience did not match a five-star standard. The hotel felt overcrowded during our stay, with noticeably more guests than the infrastructure seemed to support. There were fewer sunbeds than guests, leading to early reservations, often left unused for hours without enforcement. At breakfast, guests frequently had to queue, which is not expected at this level. Pool service was theoretically available but practically non-existent. Guests had to collect their own towels, and there were no small touches such as welcome snacks, refreshments during the day, or a sunscreen station. Housekeeping was inconsistent. While the rooms were clean, basic amenities such as toiletries were not replenished throughout an entire week. On one occasion, after we removed bed linens due to a spill, the same sheets were simply put back on the bed. Overall, the hotel has strong potential but currently feels unfinished in its operations and service standards. A clear highlight was the kids club. The team there was excellent and delivered a genuinely five-star experience.

We recently stayed at Fairmont Costa del Sol as a family with young children and, while the hotel has many strong qualities, our overall experience was mixed due to repeated operational issues. First impressions were excellent. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, very clean, and built with high-quality materials throughout. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and stylish, with large bathrooms, electric curtains, and lovely views. The overall aesthetic of the property is impressive and feels luxurious. The staff we encountered were generally polite, friendly, and clearly tried to help whenever possible. Unfortunately, it often felt like they were working within a system that lacked organisation and efficient management, which affected the guest experience repeatedly. One of the biggest issues was transport around the resort. The hotel is built on a steep hillside, with many villas located far below the main reception, restaurants, and pool areas. We stayed in a lower villa area, and while the location was close to the beach, access to the main facilities was difficult with a pram and young children. Buggies were in very short supply throughout the stay, with waits often 20–30 minutes or more. Walking uphill was challenging, especially with children. Housekeeping was another major frustration. On more than one occasion, despite requesting cleaning and contacting reception multiple times, the room was still not serviced by late afternoon or even evening. Basic items such

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel insgesamt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage ist modern, hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Besonders begeistert haben uns der große Pool, der wunderschöne Strandbereich und der stilvolle Beach Club. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der direkt angrenzende Golfplatz – für Golfer einfach perfekt. Die Verbindung zwischen Hotel, Beach Club und Golfplatz mit den Golfcarts funktioniert hervorragend und macht den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel. Auch für Familien ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß, unter anderem mit dem Spielebereich mit Flipper, Nintendo Switch und PlayStation. Das Team war während unseres Aufenthalts stets freundlich und bemüht. An einigen Stellen merkte man jedoch, dass sich das Personal noch einspielen muss. Vor allem in den Restaurants kam es teilweise zu längeren Wartezeiten und der Service wirkte noch nicht immer perfekt organisiert. Wir sind aber überzeugt, dass sich dies mit zunehmender Erfahrung schnell verbessern wird. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine echte Bereicherung für die Region und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Is been a while since i stayed in a hotel like use to be. This hotel the staff treats you like a king. The make feel like royalty. Also is very difficult to fine such a good 5 star hotel that is pet friendly. I will be back probably forever end ever. 🤗🤗 I want to give special thanks TO EVERYONE. But hande the girls from the from desk are extremely wonderful. But again Everyone is. Thank you!!

We stayed 1 week, paid 20k$ for a 3 bedroom Suite, pool was not usable as full of algae, when complained they tried to clean it and then the water was dirty. Houskeeping is inconsistent, one day they have a trun down, the other day not, breakfast is sometimes a zoo, everyone running around and waiting times of 10-15min for a coffee, cold coffee.. building is nice, staff has zero passion to make your stay nice and if you complain not much happens.
