This beautiful 2 bedroom modern home, totally remodeled and tech ready, includes a heated pool, in summer.( great for laps) and a large and lovely backyard garden area with a small Redwood Grove. It also incudes an infrared sauna, a steam shower, and an outdoor living area. Inside there is a large living room, dining room and cozy TV room, both with a gas fireplaces. It's in a quiet and walkable neighborhood -only a five minute stroll to the SF Bay marina, market and trails. Minutes by car from downtown San Rafael, and miles of trails for hiking. The wine country , San Francisco and many beaches and parks are just minutes away. THIS HOME IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR TWO SPECIFIC TIME PERIODS; A MONTH EACH, August 8 to September 8, 2023, and December 27 to January 27, 2024. see calendar.
