Clean room, nice staff, good choice breakfast, very inviting pool and overall, the Hotel just feels like a big hotel chain with their ergonomics and finishing touches. Just one thing, even though on the website it states service animals are the only ones welcome, you might be given a pushback as most DR places are quick to rule out and indiscriminately judge on a quick no for a service animal’s entrance unless you press the matter further. Overall, it’s a phenomenal place and friendly staff.

Clean room Beach is far but you have free shuttle to the beach and restaurants Staff very friendly Pool needs cleaning Ask for Breakfast at green village. The other hotel is no clean. The restaurant o pizzeria is surrounded by many cats. I asked why so many cats an the girl who work there said cats are tgere because owners have them there.that is gross eat with cats and dogs and many people like me have allergies to animals

So far from beach The water heater had problem but the maintenance guy came to resolve it. The group of breakfast needs to get organized to do tge work. They need to clean tables. Coffeemaker and have everything ready by tge time customers arrive . You need to set a table with a jar of 3 juices. Fruits milk etc. Customers don't get a menu you need to ask them to know what is available for breakfast. They take too much time to serve. Shuttles. They drivers are driving and watching videos in cell at same time. I was so nervous. Also tge volume of his cell was too loud. He was watching some episodes for youngs. We had to listen it. And be nervous because he was so distracted with his cell. Drivers need to take classes of customer service and be respectful with clients. Pool needs to be clean there are so much surrounding in tiles. The pool guy never put claro in it. I asked him why didn't put clorox and he responded it was not need of this.
