Stay at VIVA Residences, Unit 302, situated in the vibrant center of San Pedro. This third-floor apartment requires a short walk-up stairs and is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a comfortable, stylish retreat. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet with a safe for valuables, and plenty of space to relax. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, a beautiful mirror, and a washer and dryer for your convenience—with towels provided.

The living area offers a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings, along with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for an additional guest or a flexible sleeping setup. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances—refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, and blender—plus all essential cooking utensils. A dining table with chairs creates a cozy space to enjoy meals after a day exploring the island.

We're making exciting improvements to VIVA Residences! Our rooftop pool, swim-up bar, fitness center, and rooftop kitchen are currently under construction and not yet available for guest use.

Construction typically takes place from 9 AM to 6 PM, and some noise may be heard during these hours.

Please note that Unit 302 is located on the third floor and accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator.
