The staff was the big difference, from the desk staff to maintenance to folks at the bar, all went out or their way to make out stay memorable. Plenty of places to eat in the area, was able to get our snorkeling excursion right out the back door and even got a massage on the beach.

Great location, always an ocean view! The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and always accommodating. The onsite restaurant and bar were awesome, open to the beach with excellent food and drinks. Alex and Anna were friendly and helpful and gave great service! The pool is a little small. The staff was very kind and accommodating when I complained of noise. They Relocated us very quickly and the new room was outstanding. Quiet and the view was perfect. The housekeeping staff were also kind. Lost Gringos was a fun & happening place Thursday night for the chicken drop. That was a show all in itself.
