The Space

Built in 1982 and lovingly maintained, this approximately 1,375-square-foot home blends timeless Spanish-inspired architecture with beautiful local craftsmanship. Set on a 75-by-53-foot parcel, the home features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area with a queen sleeper sofa are designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together.

Soaring 16-foot cathedral ceilings create a wonderful sense of space, while gorgeous Belizean hardwoods add warmth and character throughout the cabinetry and interior finishes. Air-conditioning in every room and double-glazed, screened windows help keep the home comfortable while letting you enjoy the tropical surroundings.
