Péssimo atendimento e infraestrutura

Após receber toda a confirmação de reserva tentei contato por e-mail, WhatsApp e telefone com o hotel para informar sobre minha chegada e não me responderam, para minha surpresa ao chegar não existe reserva em meu nome e informaram não trabalhar com hotéis.com. Quase fiquei sem ter onde passar a noite e após muita insistência com um funcionário despreparado consegui passar a noite e resolver no dia seguinte após deixar um valor em espécie para o mesmo. No dia seguinte falei com o gerente que continuou dizendo não existir minha reserva e só consegui ficar ali pagando o valor cobrado por ele na hora que foi diferente do valor que tinha feito a reserva. Resumindo dor de cabeça, desgaste emocional e físico e prejuízo financeiro. Sigo em tratativa para conseguir o reembolso pago na reserva e os gastos que tive a mais sem precisar.
