We rent our house in Moriani-Plage, an adorable family seaside resort, 20 minutes south of Bastia.
Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, it will delight hiking enthusiasts, water sports enthusiasts and lovers of idleness in the sun.
From the house, everything can be done on foot. Shops, restaurants and local producers are 3 minutes away, the beach 5 minutes away.

It can accommodate 7 people. A large, bright main room with an open-plan kitchen distributes 3 bright bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a separate WC.
The house is equipped with a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher and reversible air conditioning.
You will enjoy a private garden with a heated swimming pool from April to June and from October to November, terrace and barbecue, sun all day.

Deposit before handing over the keys: 850 €
Possibility to rent household linen (sheets + towels): 70€ / stay

Superbe propriété à 2 minutes de la plage

Très belle et fonctionnelle maison de vacances à quelques minutes d’une plage superbe et peu fréquentée. Quartier proche de toutes les commodités mais sans aucunes nuisances. Plusieurs excellents restaurants dans les environs immédiats, possibilité de s’y rendre à pied tout comme à la plage et aux centre commercial. La maison est parfaitement équipée et fonctionnelle, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Extérieurs bien équipés, et piscine très agréable. A recommander chaudement !
