Located on the first floor, this 49 sqm gem features a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen, leading to a stunning sea-view terrace. Experience the beauty of coastal living with direct access to a private sunroof via a spiral staircase from the terrace.

The pool access that is run by Piccolo Paradiso restaurant privately, the pool will close from around Sept- end of June. Please note that there is an additional fee for using the swimming pool.

Our property offers stunning hillside views, located next to San Nicola Arcella. The beach is a quick 5-minute drive away, nestled between two hills. Please note, walking is not recommended due to the steep terrain and narrow roads. And San Nicola Arcella 6 minutes drive.
