The good: View and beach . Amazing!!! The best. Improvement: Access to the beach. Not suitable for old people and with mobility problems. The staff very attentive but short, particularly on weekends. They try their best. Cleaning in rooms. Sheets and pillows seem very used, looks like not changed from previous guests. No hair dryer.

Air conditioning worked great. The hot water not so well. No hot water for 2 days. Pool is fantastic but small. This is great place to rest and get some relaxation with little to no services except for breakfast. The rest of the time you have to look for someone to order drinks and order food. Services after 7:30 PM basically shuts down so no late parties or ordering food and drinks with a very limited staff. The view and beach is surreal. If anyone has limitations walking up and down stairs to get the beach, I don’t recommend it if you plan to enjoy swimming or using the beach. Its a hike to get to beach. Overall it was not what I was looking for and did not meet my expectations. For some folks this might be the perfect place.

The pool was clean and it looked nice but it was too hot for my taste. The staff was friendly but it wasn't ready for service. Air condinioning work really good and the place was really nice, specially loved the beach

I arrived at the property around 8 at night. The room they offered had 5 awkward steps without a handrail leading to the room. My wife uses a walker and could not walk up and the attendant was not authorized to offer a different room. Luckily I found a room at a different hotel that night, but I have been unable to get a refund. The management is never available or won’t answer my request. Would not recommend this place.

Is a beautiful place i believe the service can definitely improve training for the employees I was never given direction of anything or information about the place, how having breakfast or order any food from the restaurant works because you paid when you leave or the internet password and is terrible super slow. And I hope was a mistake one of the guys gave the wrong change was short $10. The second time I order a different guy told me I pay when I leave. The food was delicious but the waiting time was just ridiculous short stuffs and not busy at all probably because I stayed on weekdays. The place overall is beautiful great views the side walks are complicated the access to the beach is a huge challenge required a lot energy saw lot of people not going down if you are not in good shape.

Check in person was not welcome at all, room had a clog sink, running toilet all nigh sliding doors could not closed they figured out till next day pm when my husband got really mad everything they had not other room to move us no one Abel able to clean after repairs for 4 hrs dirty water all over some personal was supper nice and other super rude special th reception when ever we requested her service got even more mad
