Paradise for golfers, beachgoers, hikers and idleness golf courses less than 10 mns away (Golf Las Colinas 3 mns, Campoamor 5 mns and 30 golf courses less than 40kms. Alicante 3/4 hour away, Elche 35 mns, Murcia 3/4 hour the beaches 8 mns. The village of San Miguel De Salinas is 5 mns away and offers all amenities, super market, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, tobacconists, etc etc... The rental is intended for 4 couples. The music must be stopped at the latest at 12 p.m. We ask for a deep respect for the neighborhood. We generally rent by the week for rental requests less than the week, contact us to make a request. The house has an outdoor camera for monitoring intruders in our absence which can be disconnected by the tenant as soon as he arrives in order to preserve his privacy. It also has an alarm system.
